Refund and Returns Policies:

MyKids2.com Return Policy


MyKids2.com wants you to feel comfortable throughout your entire online experience from the time you enter our site until the time you complete your order. We are not satisfied until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we introduced the MyKids2.com COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!! Here is how it works...

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item or items you purchased online for any reason, return it to us, and receive your money back - IT'S THAT EASY! All we ask is that you do so within 45 days from the date you received the item from MyKids2.com. Any returns received at out warehouse after the 45 days will receive store credit. Please read through some details prior to your product return to ensure a smooth return process.

The Details...
A full refund will be given (minus any shipping charges incurred from original purchase). Customer must pay all shipping charges to return the product back to MyKids2.com. However, if the product(s) purchased were received in a damaged condition contact us immediately. If you wish to return the product, MyKids2.com will pay for all shipping charges to return the damaged item(s) and or send out replacement parts at no additional charge to you.

All returned products must be sent to MyKids2.com in a new/unused condition and in the original packaging, documentation and warranty information. Your credit will be issued in 2-4weeks from the date MyKids2.com receives your returned product.

AFG Furniture

Customers who purchase AFG furniture from MyKids2.com and wish to return the item(s) for any reason, can do so, but will incur a 25% restocking fee due to manufacturer return guidelines. However, if the furniture was received in a damaged /defective condition, please contact MyKids2.com customer service within 7days of delivery to report the issue. MyKids2.com will them contact the manufacturer on your behalf to order a replacement part(s) for the damaged item(s). If the product is not repaired or replaced to your satisfation, and you wish to return the item, please contact customer service at 888-363-3763 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). MyKids2.com will waive the 25% restocking fee for the return.

Please note that with all furniture orders, customers MUST inspect the furniture upon delivery. Any damages seen at this time must be noted on the delivery invoice.

Infant/Toddler Bedding Return Policy

If you ordered one of our bedding products and it does not meet your expectations, please contact MyKids2.com customer service at 888-363-3763 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) The returned product must be in a new and unused condition. All original packaging, documentation, and other warranty information must be included with the return. MyKids.com cannot accept returns for items that have been washed, useed, or altered in any way.

Defective/Damaged Product Policy

If the product ordered was received in a defective/damaged condition, please contact MyKids2.com customer service at 888-363-3763 within 7 days of receipt of the product(s) to report the issue. MyKids2.com will contact the manufacturer to order replacement part(s) for the damaged item(s). If the product is not replaced to our 100% satisfaction and wish to return the product, contact MyKids2.com customer service to receive an RA# for return and a full refund will be given (minus shipping and handling costs).

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please send MyKids2.com an email at customerservice@mykids2.com or call our toll-free number at 888-363-3763 to provide your name, order number, date order was placed, item description, and reason for cancellation.

If the item you order is a product that ships directly form the manufacturer, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to request cancellation. Prior authorizations required by the manufacturer must be completed before a cancellation can take effect. As soon as the order cancellation has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation e-mail on the cancellation. If MyKids2.com does not have a valid e-mail address on record for you, we will make every attempt to provide to you with the pertinent information either via fax or via telephone.
On orders that have already been shipped or prepped for shipping, shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. You can, however, refuse shipment and send the original package back to the manufacturer. If this method is selected, you will not be responsible, but a restocking fee may apply (please check with MyKids2.com customer service for details on whether restocking fees apply to your order).

Additional Information

All returns and order cancellations of special order products are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the order is received in a damaged or defective condition. Also, please not that shipping charged are not included in the refunded amount and customer incurs all shipping costs to return product back to MyKids2.com.
